He will leave behind Julie Bishop as acting PM when it would normally be the National Leader. But Turnbull has undermined Joyce and tried to use Get Up for polling expertise, even as he has criticised Get Up for being too close to the ALP. Cash has been criticised and denounced as misleading the parliament. It turns out that journalists briefed ALP in an attempt to set up a sting. ALP knew of journalist sources before Cash knew. It is a terrible abuse of journalist standards. In another time, journalists once gave Rudd a free pass to exploit a child's death after the child was mauled by a dog. The press are not reporting to the public, but manipulating public opinion. How does one reign in such abuse? Jailing journalists only make them popular, But their corruption should not be allowed to continue.
Media corruption is international and can be seen in France awarding a prize to a lawyer who is the father of a terrorist. The father claims to be proud of his son who murdered people while they were praying. Malcolm Turnbull spoke very highly of Macron. As Malcolm flies to Israel, he might consider how he is going to explain his aid to terrorists in Australia's name. Shorten agrees with Turnbull on this issue.
