Don't give up on hope. Richmond Tigers won a game against Greater Western Sydney in AFL by six goals, despite conceding almost every statistic but the score. AFL is character building, and Tony Lockett has given an interview showing great character. Tony Abbott is a back bencher, but the ABC's insiders program devoted most of their hour to criticising him for his thoughts on SSM, AGW and just being him. In the past, the media have been encouraged to do this thanks to Malcolm Turnbull's team. I don't feel that hitting Tony Abbott will make Malcolm Turnbull popular again, even with the ABC on side. As for SSM bullying, a Melbourne coalition for marriage meeting was attacked by activists calling out "Crucify the Christians" and "Burn churches not queers." The slogans are telling for what the SSM survey vote is about. It is ok to say "no" even if you agree with the principle of SSM, because activists are leading the charge. An SMS for SSM is being spammed, and it is an example of bullying which will continue to the end of the survey period, long after victims have voted. Hell's Angels are being taught lessons in manners by NSW police. Victorian police, when unleashed by Andrews or whomever is Premier of Victoria, could learn much.
Yesterday I shared a Fox News Insider article in which former CIA agent Valerie Plame apologised for an offensive retweet. I commented that it illustrated that the CIA was divided (not evenly) by Dem supporters loyal to Democrats and others loyal to USA. It always has been, and yet it has been effective when properly used, but paralysed by incompetents in the White House, usually Democrats. Much of what I write is supposition. I don't know Obama was a CIA rent boy groomed in Pakistan for high office. But I know he achieved high office with help and seedy associations. I also know that the CIA was compromised under Obama in China and many operatives were killed and it looked like payback for earlier activity involving Obama. It is worth remembering that although former counter intelligence Czar James J Angleton was highly criticised for denouncing Soviet moles like Pierre Trudeau and the infiltrated peace movement, he was right about Soviet activity. It is worth looking at what Plame was endorsing.
Harvard University law professor Alan Dershowitz says this story is "much, much worse" than the media has presented it.
On "Fox & Friends" this morning, he said that the author of the article, Philip Giraldi, is a "well-known anti-Semite."
"In this article, he says that Jews like me or Bill Kristol, when we appear on television, should have on the bottom of the screen identification saying we're Jews. And he says it's 'like a warning label on a bottle of rat poison. Ingest at your own peril,'" Dershowitz said.
"All you have to do is read the first couple paragraphs: Jews control the media, Jews control politics," he continued. "This is just like what was written in Nazi Germany."
That is the level of sophistication of Democrat loyal CIA agents.

Jingle bell, jingle bell, jingle bell rock
Jingle bells swing and jingle bells ring
Snowin' and blowin' up bushels of fun
Now the jingle hop has begun
Jingle bell, jingle bell, jingle bell rock
Jingle bells chime in jingle bell time
Dancin' and prancin' in Jingle Bell Square
In the frosty air
What a bright time, it's the right time
To rock the night away
Jingle bell time is a swell time
To go glidin' in a one-horse sleigh
Giddy-up jingle horse, pick up your feet
Jingle around the clock
Mix and a-mingle in the jinglin' feet
That's the jingle bell rock
Jingle bell, jingle bell, jingle bell rock
Jingle bell chime in jingle bell time
Dancin' and prancin' in Jingle Bell Square
In the frosty air
What a bright time, it's the right time
To rock the night away
Jingle bell time is a swell time
To go glidin' in a one-horse sleigh
Giddy-up jingle horse, pick up your feet
Jingle around the clock
Mix and a-mingle in the jinglin' feet
That's the jingle bell
That's the jingle bell
That's the jingle...

I'm a teacher with three decades experience teaching math to high school kids.I also work with first graders and kids in between first grade and high school. I know the legends of why Hypatia's dad is remembered through his contribution to Math theory. And I know the legend of why followers of Godel had thought he had disproved God's existence.

Beloved, as we lift our voices in praise, remember: The Lord crowns the humble with victory—not just in ancient psalms or distant stories, but in our lives today. In this season of renewed hope and leadership triumphs, let's act on His favor. Commit now: Humble your heart before God, pray for our nation's peace and the afflicted worldwide, and share this song with someone who's facing giants. Rise in faith—declare His delight over you, and step into the victory He's prepared. Amen. #CrownedWithVictory #Psalm149

(Verse 1 – Soft, building instrumentation, evoking God's intimate delight, Hillsong-style acoustic guitar and piano)
In the quiet of the dawn, You see us, Lord,
Your people, broken yet beloved, in Your sight adored.
From ancient psalms we sing, Your favor never fades,
You take delight in the humble, in the paths we've made.
Like Israel restored, from exile's chains set free,
You lift the lowly hearts, and crown them royally.
*(Chorus – Uplifting, repetitive, with rising vocals and drums, ...
Remember Patrick Henry's words: "Give me liberty or give me death." Don't let illusions of impossibility silence you—act today to ensure free speech endures for tomorrow. What's one step you'll take right now?
Free speech has been challenged before. In the US, World War I and World War II imposed wartime restrictions. The prolonged nature of the Vietnam War made such restrictions obvious, as did the war in Afghanistan. However, the failure of the press to remain free has led to remarkable academic debate. It is now claimed—and widely accepted—that free speech is illusory and not truly possible. Minor restrictions on style are said to mean that speech was never free. This view is Orwellian. What happened?
In antiquity, was there free speech in Athens when Socrates was ordered to leave? He drank poison rather than accept exile, but he had had his say. When Athens defeated Persia at sea, scuttling an invasion plan, the successful generals were ...
